Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle LLC, and any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a customer.

Why are these Terms and Conditions important to me? These Terms and Conditions are important to you because they apply to all orders that you place with our LEGO stores, LEGO online website, by email and by phone.

We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully and also the common FAQ before submitting your order to us.

Delivery and acceptance

While the order has been placed, we will provide you with an estimated date of delivery, we will strive to deliver your order on or near the estimated date provided. Please note that this date is subject to change and is for guidance only. We are entitled to cancel delivery, change the delivery fee (if applicable) and reschedule delivery for a time. We are not liable for any damage or loss to goods or to your property. Upon receipt of goods, you or a nominated person are requested to inspect and sign the delivery documents to acknowledge the condition of the goods, the complete delivery and proper installation (whenever required) of all Items. All goods must be carefully inspected and any damage reported and noted on the delivery documents. Any manufacturing faults must be notified to us within seven days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment option. In the event that we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided after the order was made.

• When can I expect to receive my orders?

  Delivery times vary and depend on the address we are delivering the orders to.

  We ship to any location within UAE, shipping options and timings differ depending on the city, Same Day Delivery is available on all orders placed online by 6 pm (UAE Time) ONLY for shipments within Dubai for selected areas Except on Weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed after the cut off time (6 pm) and/or on any UAE public holiday/weekend will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted. Dubai orders will be delivered within Same-Day to 1 working day while orders for other emirates will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

  During the Ramadan, the cut-off time for same-day delivery will be exceptionally set at 4:30 pm.

• Will I be charged for delivery costs?

  Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Currently for the UAE, free shipping is available for all orders with no minimum purchase.

Exchanges/Returns

Our products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days for full-priced items. All discounted items may be exchanged within 15 days and returned within 3 days. The Exchange or Returned will be accepted when the LEGO product is returned in Original Packing, Unopened, Without any kind of Damage. 15 days exchange or refund will be provided in case of Manufacturing defect. Products with a defect may be repaired, returned, or exchanged if the defect is not caused by misuse or failure to follow due care instructions. These items must also have the original receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Payment and Refund

We accept payment by credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Tamara and Tabby. In case of a customized order, full payment must be made prior to the order being processed. If the customized order has been processed, payment becomes nonrefundable. All refunds will be done by reverting to the same original payment form.

Ownership and risk

Once payment has been received in full the ownership of all goods will pass to you. Risk of loss, damage or deterioration is transferred to you upon acceptance of delivery.

Liability

We shall only be liable for direct damages or losses caused to you due to breach of any of our obligations. For clarity, we shall not be responsible for any lost profits, reputation damages, consequential losses or any other type of costs, expenses or losses. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit both ours and your liability in case of death, fraud or personal injury.

Legal Effect

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms will not be affected and will continue to be in force. These Terms and Conditions shall be ruled and governed by the Laws of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the UAE. Unless agreed otherwise in writing by us and you, these Terms and Conditions precede over any other terms and Conditions.
