      Voucher Acquisition

      • Participants in the LEGO® Brick Rewards program ("the Program") are eligible to earn AED 5 vouchers for each AED 200 spent.
      • Vouchers may solely be earned through purchases made at LEGO® Certified Stores and LEGO.me within the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").
      • Vouchers accrue based on the total invoice value post-promotional adjustments, excluding delivery fees, donations, and redeemed SHARE points.

      Voucher Validity and Redemption

      • Vouchers retain validity for a duration of 18 months from the date of issuance.
      • Redemption of vouchers may occur either collectively or individually, restricted to LEGO® Certified Stores and LEGO.me within the UAE.
      • Vouchers are redeemable alongside other payment methods or promotional offers.
      • Products procured using vouchers are eligible for exchange only, with no provision for returns or refunds.
      • Vouchers are non-transferrable and hold no cash exchange value.

      SHARE Points

      • The accumulation of SHARE points transpires across all transactions, computed based on the total invoice value excluding deductions from redeemed LEGO® Brick Rewards vouchers.

      Membership Obligations and Enrollment

      • Existing members of the SHARE program must complete registration for the Brick Rewards program through the LEGO.me website or the SHARE rewards mobile application to access its benefits.
      • Enrollment in the Brick Rewards program necessitates consent to inclusion within the SHARE Rewards program.

      Voucher Redemption Protocol

      • In-store redemption mandates the presentation and scanning of the SHARE ID at the point of sale.
      • Online redemption requires login authentication using the registered email address, whereby rewards are automatically credited to the member's account.

      These stipulated terms and conditions govern the mechanisms for earning, redeeming, and utilizing vouchers within the LEGO® Brick Rewards program, delineating the protocol for membership and voucher redemption in a legally binding manner.

      To join the LEGO® Brick Rewards program, simply register via LEGO.me or the SHARE Rewards app. Once registered, you can start enjoying program benefits immediately.

      Present your SHARE ID at the cash desk during purchase. Our brick specialists will assist you in redeeming your vouchers upon request.

      Log in with your registered email address during checkout. You'll have the option to select the rewards voucher as your payment method, and the corresponding amount will be deducted automatically. You can specify the number of vouchers you wish to redeem.
