4. OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTEST
4.1. Participants aim to achieve the highest possible score by playing the minigame embedded in the Retailer’s website. The gameplay consists of 2D obstacle-based challenges. Each game session generates a randomly constructed level; the layout and obstacles vary with every playthrough. As such, each game results in a single final score that is not tied to a specific or repeatable level configuration. This randomness may influence the final score. Participants acknowledge and accept the role of chance in the gameplay and understand that no rights or claims may be derived from the random nature of the levels or their impact on scoring.
4.2. Without prejudice to section 3.2, Participants can replay the game multiple times to try and increase their score, but only their highest score will be considered. Subsequent races with lower scores do not lower the player's highest score.
4.3. Participants will be ranked weekly in accordance with their respective highest scores of the week concerned.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
5.1. There are five (5) prizes to be won in this contest in total: four (4) weekly prizes, and one (1) grand prize.
5.2. The four (4) weekly prizes include:
• 04/09/2025 - 10/09/2025: LEGO-72033
• 11/09/2025 - 17/09/2025: LEGO-21276
• 18/09/2025 - 24/09/2025: LEGO-21271
• 25/09/2025 - 01/10/2025: LEGO-72035
The respective winners of the weekly prizes are the Participants who have achieved the highest ranking in the week concerned (the “Weekly Winner(s)”).
In the event of a tie, the Participant who achieved their highest ranking first (based on submission time) will be declared the winner.
Each Participant can win a weekly prize only once. If a Participant achieves the highest ranking in multiple weeks, they will only receive the weekly prize of the earliest week. If the highest ranked Participant is ineligible for a weekly prize because they have already been a Weekly Winner, the prize will be awarded to the next highest ranked Participant for that week, who will be appointed as the Weekly Winner. This adjustment will be communicated via email as outlined in section 5.10.
One Weekly Winner is chosen at the end of each week of the Contest.
The weekly leaderboards will remain unchanged, meaning the awarded prizes may not always align with the displayed rankings.
5.3. The one (1) grand prize includes:
• LEGO-72037
The winner of the grand prize is the Participant with the highest cumulative ranking over the four weeks the Contest takes place (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Cumulative rankings are determined by summing the Participant’s highest weekly rankings.
In the event of a tie, the Participant who achieved their highest cumulative ranking first (based on submission time) will be declared the winner.
The Grand Prize Winner is appointed at the end of the Term.
5.4. The leaderboards may not accurately reflect the Participant’s actual score, for example, due to the Participant being excluded from the Contest on grounds such as fraud or lack of being able to provide the consent of a parent, guardian, or caregiver when the Participant is not legally competent. Participants acknowledge and accept that the leaderboard serves solely as an indication and understand that no rights or claims can be derived from its contents or rankings.
5.5. Prizes are personal and not transferable. They can only be awarded to the winners.
5.6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other products or services.
5.7. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes foreseen in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 respectively, with another of a similar nature if the original prize becomes unavailable.
